Returns

We want you to love your purchase from Oudh Al Shab.

Due to the nature of our products (perfumes, attars, oud, and aromatic goods), returns are accepted only under the conditions outlined below.

You may request a return if:
• The item received is damaged
• The wrong product was delivered
• The item is missing from the shipment

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used perfumes / attars
• Products with broken seals
• Items returned without original packaging
• Change of mind
• Fragrance preference issues

Fragrance is a personal experience.
If you are unsure about a fragrance, we recommend trying our Discovery or Sample Sets.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours and share:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of packaging (if damaged)

Approved cases will be eligible for:
✔ Replacement
✔ Store credit
✔ Refund (if replacement unavailable)

Refunds

Once approved:

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 business days

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

• Refunds will be issued via bank transfer / UPI

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are:

• Defective
• Damaged during transit
• Incorrectly shipped

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved:

✔ We may arrange reverse pickup
✔ Or request self-shipping

Shipping responsibility:

• Incorrect/Damaged item → Covered by us
• Other approved cases → Customer borne

Important Notes

Oudh Al Shab reserves the right to:

• Reject invalid return claims
• Request additional verification
• Refuse returns showing misuse
